Research report and policy recommendation on the organisation of distance learning as part of future basic education
The number of children and young people will decrease in most parts of Finland at least until 2040, which poses challenges for the organisation of basic education. Basic education is a subjective right, which is regulated by law and must be implemented equally.
In the research report published by the Foundation for Municipal Development (in Finnish only) a particular research interest is distance learning as part of future primary education.
