RA 2: Learning variability, interaction, and support in learning contexts

The aim of research area 2 is to create a novel understanding of the complex mechanisms and interactions of individual and contextual factors underlying learning variability and consequences of this variability on subsequent short- and long-term educational paths. Learning variability will be addressed at different levels ranging from moment-to-moment processes to major contextual changes and environmental influences.

The research area is led by Research Director Katja Upadyaya (University of Helsinki), Prof. Eija Pakarinen (University of Jyväskylä), and Prof. Niina Junttila (University of Turku). You will find all the researchers here.
